RIMC Admission 2026-27: Class 8 में एडमिशन का मौका, जानें Exam, Fees और Scholarship

RIMC Admission 2026-27 की तैयारी कर रहे विद्यार्थियों और अभिभावकों के लिए यह महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी है। Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun रक्षा मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत आने वाला प्रतिष्ठित इंटर-सर्विस संस्थान है। RIMC में प्रवेश कक्षा 8 में होता है और चयन के लिए लिखित परीक्षा, Viva-Voce और Medical Examination से गुजरना पड़ता है। 

RIMC में साल में दो बार प्रवेश की व्यवस्था है। वर्तमान आधिकारिक जानकारी के अनुसार लगभग 25 कैडेट हर छह महीने में प्रवेश लेते हैं।

RIMC क्या है?

Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) देहरादून में स्थित एक इंटर-सर्विस संस्थान और रक्षा मंत्रालय का Category-A establishment है। इसकी स्थापना की ऐतिहासिक शुरुआत 13 मार्च 1922 को Prince of Wales Royal Indian Military College के रूप में हुई थी। 

RIMC में विद्यार्थियों को residential public school के अनुरूप शिक्षा के साथ शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण, अनुशासन, नेतृत्व और चरित्र निर्माण पर भी ध्यान दिया जाता है। कॉलेज ऐसे विद्यार्थियों को तैयार करता है जो आगे चलकर Defence Forces में करियर बनाना चाहते हैं। 

RIMC Admission 2026-27: किन कक्षा में मिलता है प्रवेश?

RIMC में केवल कक्षा 8 में प्रवेश दिया जाता है। उम्मीदवार को प्रवेश के समय किसी मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल में कक्षा 7 में अध्ययनरत या कक्षा 7 उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए। 

इसलिए RIMC को कक्षा 6 या कक्षा 9 में प्रवेश देने वाला स्कूल समझना सही नहीं है। RIMC की official admission information के अनुसार entry Class VIII में होती है।

RIMC Admission 2026-27 – कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

RIMC Admission के लिए मुख्य पात्रता शर्तें इस प्रकार हैं –

RIMC की वर्तमान official admission page के अनुसार लड़के और लड़कियां दोनों RIMC में प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। 

RIMC Admission 2026-27 Age Limit

उम्मीदवार की उम्र प्रवेश के समय कम से कम 11½ वर्ष और अधिकतम 13 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। हालांकि किसी विशेष term के लिए जन्मतिथि की exact cut-off संबंधित admission notification में दी जाती है। 

उदाहरण के लिए, July 2026 term की सरकारी सूचना में 1 जुलाई 2026 को आयु 11½ से 13 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई थी और जन्मतिथि की specific range भी दी गई थी। 

इसलिए RIMC के अगले term के लिए आवेदन करते समय उस term की notification में दी गई exact date of birth range को ही अंतिम मानना चाहिए।

RIMC Admission 2026-27 की महत्वपूर्ण तारीखें

RIMC में admission साल में दो terms के लिए होता है—January और July। 

2026 में January 2027 term के लिए RIMC entrance examination की प्रक्रिया आयोजित की गई थी। आधिकारिक सूचना के अनुसार इसका notification 13 फरवरी 2026 को जारी हुआ था और आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि बाद में 20 अप्रैल 2026 तक बढ़ाई गई थी। 

RIMC की official website पर December 2026 onwards entrance examination से संबंधित एक महत्वपूर्ण update भी जारी है। इसलिए आने वाले admission cycle के लिए तारीखें जानने वाले उम्मीदवारों को RIMC की latest notification देखनी चाहिए। 

RIMC Admission Dates – कैसे समझें?

RIMC की admission प्रक्रिया में सामान्यतः 

1. Admission notification जारी होती है। 

2. संबंधित राज्य सरकार छात्रों द्वारा application स्वीकार करती है। 

3. Written Entrance Examination आयोजित होती है। 

4. Written exam में सफल उम्मीदवारों को Viva-Voce के लिए बुलाया जाता है। 

5. इसके बाद Medical Examination होता है। 

6. Medical fitness और अन्य चयन मानकों के आधार पर final admission होता है। 

RIMC Entrance Exam 2026-27 का Exam Pattern

RIMC Entrance Examination में तीन subjects होते हैं –

RIMC की official admission information के अनुसार Mathematics और General Knowledge के प्रश्नपत्र Hindi या English में attempt किए जा सकते हैं। English paper के लिए English माध्यम रहता है। 

RIMC Entrance Exam में कितने अंक जरूरी हैं?

Written Examination में qualifying requirement के अनुसार उम्मीदवार को प्रत्येक subject में कम से कम 50% अंक प्राप्त करने होते हैं। 

इसके बाद written exam में सफल उम्मीदवारों को Viva-Voce के लिए बुलाया जाता है।

Viva-Voce 50 अंकों का होता है और इसमें candidate की –

1. Intelligence 

2. Personality 

3. Confidence 

का आकलन किया जाता है। Viva-Voce में भी minimum qualifying marks 50% हैं। 

RIMC Admission Selection Process

RIMC में admission केवल written exam पास करने से नहीं मिलता। पूरी selection process में तीन प्रमुख चरण हैं:

1. Written Entrance Examination

सबसे पहले उम्मीदवार को English, Mathematics और General Knowledge की लिखित परीक्षा देनी होती है।

2. Viva-Voce

Written examination में qualifying candidates को Viva-Voce के लिए बुलाया जाता है।

3. Medical Examination

Viva-Voce के बाद योग्य candidates का medical examination selected Military Hospitals में कराया जाता है। केवल medically fit पाए गए candidates को admission के लिए consider किया जाता है। 

महत्वपूर्ण – Medical Examination में fit होना अपने-आप में final selection की guarantee नहीं है। 

RIMC Admission में कितनी सीटें हैं?

RIMC की official website पर State/UT-wise vacancy distribution दी गई है। वर्तमान page पर boys के लिए सामान्यतः अधिकांश राज्यों में 1 vacancy और कुछ राज्यों में अधिक vacancies दिखाई गई हैं।

उदाहरण के तौर पर वर्तमान सूची में –

1. Maharashtra – 2 

2. Tamil Nadu – 2 

3. Uttar Pradesh – 3 

4. West Bengal – 2 

जबकि कई अन्य राज्यों के लिए 1 vacancy दी गई है। 

हालांकि कि seats की संख्या हर वर्ष authorized strength और higher authority की approval के अनुसार बदल सकती है। 

RIMC Admission के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें?

RIMC admission में application process सामान्य school admission जैसा नहीं है। RIMC की official website के अनुसार application forms respective State Governments को submit किए जाते हैं।

Step 1: RIMC की official website पर admission notification देखें।

Step 2: संबंधित term का Prospectus-cum-Application Form प्राप्त करें।

Step 3: Form में मांगी गई सभी जानकारी भरें।

Step 4: आवश्यक documents संलग्न करें।

Step 5: निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार application form संबंधित State Government/निर्धारित राज्य प्राधिकरण को जमा करें।

Step 6: Written Examination में शामिल हों।

RIMC की official website के अनुसार केवल RIMC द्वारा जारी application form ही valid माना जाता है। Locally printed या photocopied form स्वीकार नहीं किया जाता।

RIMC Admission Form कहां से मिलेगा?

RIMC की official admission page के अनुसार Prospectus-cum-Application Form और पुराने question papers की booklet RIMC से प्राप्त की जा सकती है।

वर्तमान official page पर –

1. General candidates के लिए ₹600 

2. SC/ST candidates के लिए ₹555 

की prospectus/application fee दी गई है। SC/ST candidates के लिए caste certificate की आवश्यकता बताई गई है। 

Official website पर online payment का विकल्प भी उपलब्ध है। 

RIMC Admission के लिए जरूरी Documents

RIMC की विभिन्न admission notifications में application के साथ documents की सूची दी जाती है। संबंधित term की notification में मांगे गए documents को ही अंतिम माना जाना चाहिए।

आमतौर पर application में निम्न प्रकार के documents मांगे जा सकते हैं –

1. जन्म प्रमाण पत्र 

2. Domicile/Residence Certificate 

3. SC/ST Certificate, जहां लागू हो 

4. वर्तमान स्कूल के Principal का certificate 

5. Aadhaar Card की copy 

6. Passport-size photographs 

उदाहरण के लिए RIMC की official notification में Birth Certificate, Domicile Certificate, SC/ST Certificate, school principal का certificate, Aadhaar Card और photographs जैसे documents निर्धारित किए गए थे। 

RIMC की फीस कितनी है?

RIMC की official website पर वर्तमान में January 2024 Term से प्रभावी Fee Structure उपलब्ध है। इसके अनुसार boarder cadet के लिए General और SC/ST category की अलग fee structure दी गई है।

इसके अलावा RIMC ने cadets के private expenditure में Pocket Money, Washerman/Barber/Clothing और Miscellaneous Expenditure को भी अलग से दर्शाया है।

RIMC Scholarship 2026-27: क्या छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति मिलती है?

हां, RIMC में State Governments द्वारा meritorious cadets को scholarships दी जाती हैं। Scholarship की राशि और eligibility राज्य के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है। 

यह समझना महत्वपूर्ण है कि RIMC scholarship एक single uniform central scholarship नहीं है जिसकी राशि पूरे देश में समान हो। अलग-अलग State Governments अपनी policy के अनुसार scholarship प्रदान करती हैं।

RIMC की उपलब्ध scholarship information के अनुसार scholarship जारी रखने के लिए merit, income, discipline और cadet के annual performance जैसे factors देखे जा सकते हैं। 

RIMC Scholarship कितनी मिलती है?

राज्य के अनुसार scholarship amount अलग हो सकती है। RIMC से संबंधित उपलब्ध सरकारी जानकारी में अलग-अलग राज्यों के लिए अलग scholarship amounts का उल्लेख मिलता है। उदाहरण के लिए एक उपलब्ध state-wise list में Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh आदि राज्यों के लिए अलग-अलग annual amounts दर्ज हैं। 

RIMC Scholarship के लिए कौन पात्र होता है?

RIMC की उपलब्ध official/सरकारी जानकारी के अनुसार scholarship meritorious students/cadets को State Government द्वारा दी जाती है। Scholarship जारी रखने में merit, parental income, discipline और performance जैसे criteria लागू हो सकते हैं। 

इसका अर्थ है कि RIMC में admission मिलना और State Government scholarship मिलना  दो अलग प्रक्रियाएं हैं।

विद्यार्थी को अपने domicile State की scholarship policy और संबंधित State Government/authority की प्रक्रिया देखनी चाहिए।

क्या RIMC में पढ़ाई पूरी तरह मुफ्त है?

नहीं, RIMC को सीधे “पूरी तरह free school” कहना सही नहीं है।

RIMC की official fee structure में tuition, hostel maintenance और अन्य charges के साथ annual total fee दी गई है। SC/ST candidates के लिए tuition fee में अलग concession भी दिखाई गई है। 

इसके अलावा eligible meritorious cadets को State Government scholarship मिल सकती है, जिससे परिवार पर financial burden कम हो सकता है।

RIMC में पढ़ाई के बाद क्या अवसर हैं?

RIMC का उद्देश्य ऐसे विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षा और training देना है जो आगे Defence Forces में career बनाने में रुचि रखते हैं। RIMC की official website के अनुसार कॉलेज अपने cadets को NDA में successful entry के लिए लगातार तैयार करता है। 

हालांकि RIMC में पढ़ना Defence Forces में automatic selection की guarantee नहीं है। विद्यार्थी को आगे संबंधित defence entrance/selection process में निर्धारित requirements पूरी करनी होती हैं।

RIMC में defence career के अलावा भी cadets को ऐसी शिक्षा दी जाती है जिससे वे आगे college या professional institution में higher education कर सकें। 

RIMC Admission 2026-27: महत्वपूर्ण बातें

1. RIMC में admission Class VIII (8th) में होता है। 

2. Candidate को Class VII (7th) में पढ़ना या Class VII पास होना चाहिए। 

3. Boys और girls दोनों eligible हैं। 

4. आयु सामान्यतः 11½ से 13 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। 

5. Selection में Written Exam, Viva-Voce और Medical Examination शामिल हैं। 

6. Written Exam में English, Mathematics और General Knowledge होते हैं।

RIMC में केवल कक्षा 8 में admission दिया जाता है। उम्मीदवार कक्षा 7 में पढ़ रहा हो या कक्षा 7 पास होना चाहिए।
